By accessing, using, creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order on SmmOwner, you agree to all Terms of Service and Privacy Policies stated on this page.
If you do not agree, you must stop using SmmOwner immediately.

SmmOwner reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing all terms before placing each new order.

1. General Terms

  • By using SmmOwner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to use the platform.

  • You agree not to misuse SmmOwner or engage in any illegal activities, fraudulent behavior, or violations of any social media platform's rules.

  • SmmOwner services are strictly for marketing, promotional, and visibility purposes only.

  • SmmOwner services do not represent real-life engagement, real users, or guaranteed interaction beyond what is described.

2. Important Disclaimer (Full Legal Protection)

SmmOwner is not responsible for:

  • Account bans, blocks, restrictions, or penalties issued by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or any other platform.

  • Drops caused by platform updates, algorithm changes, system maintenance, or external factors outside our control.

  • Any business losses, profit losses, reputation harm, or indirect damages resulting from the use of SmmOwner services.

  • Delays in order processing due to high load, server updates, or third-party provider issues.

If you place an order, you accept these risks fully and without dispute.

3. Use of Services

  • Do not place multiple orders on the same link at the same time.

  • Allow one order to complete fully before placing another.

  • Do not use third-party SMM providers on the same link simultaneously.

  • If you do, you automatically lose the right to refunds, refills, or support for that order.

4. Order Policy

4.1 Start Time & Delivery Speed

  • All start times and speeds are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Orders may start instantly, or take hours or days depending on system load.

4.2 Partial Completion

If part of the order is delivered and the remaining cannot be completed:

  • Delivered portion will be charged.

  • Undelivered portion will be refunded automatically or via ticket.

4.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order only if:

  • The order has not started within 7 days.

  • The link is incorrect or invalid.

  • The service is discontinued.

SmmOwner reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

5. Refill Policy (Fully Protected)

Refill is only provided when:

  • Drops occur within the refill period stated in the service description.

  • Drops occur between the start count and the maximum delivered count.

We Do NOT Refill:

  • Drops caused by other SMM services that you used on the same link.

  • Drops below the start count.

  • Drops after the refill period expires.

  • Drops caused by platform bans, privacy changes, or account deletion.

Refill time is not guaranteed and may vary due to server load.

6. Payments, Funds & Disputes

6.1 Add Funds

  • Payments made to SmmOwner are final and non-refundable unless the system fails to deliver funds.

  • Payment confirmation may take time depending on the payment gateway.

  • Third-party payments are not allowed. Payments must be made from your own account.

6.2 Fraud & Verification

SmmOwner may request:

  • Government ID

  • Payment screenshot

  • Transaction ID

  • Proof of account ownership

Failure to provide required documents may result in account suspension.

6.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Strictly no chargebacks are allowed.

  • Opening a dispute with the bank, JazzCash, PayPal, Payoneer, or any other method will result in immediate permanent account termination.

6.4 Balance Withdrawal


When you add funds to your account, your payment is automatically converted into "USD Or Crypto Currency" at the time of deposit.

During this conversion, exchange charges may apply.


When you later request a withdrawal, your balance is converted again from "USD Or Crypto Currency" to your local currency. At this stage, additional exchange and processing charges are applied by payment gateways and banks.


Because money is converted twice (local currency → "USD Or Crypto Currency" → local currency), there can be deductions due to exchange rate differences, gateway fees, and processing costs.


📌 Important Note:


Up to 5% to 20% deduction may be applied on the withdrawal amount in total and Your SmmOwner account must be permanently closed.


This is not a platform penalty, but covers:


Currency exchange rate differences


Payment gateway fees


Processing and handling charges


By adding funds to your account, you automatically accept and agree to this withdrawal and exchange deduction policy.

7. Account Suspension & Misconduct

SmmOwner may suspend your account if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Abuse, threats, or bad language is used

  • Multiple failed login attempts occur

  • Violations of policies are detected

If suspended:

  • You may request remaining balance refund via email

  • After refund, your account will be permanently closed

8. Ticket Support System

  • Use the ticket system for all order-related actions
    (refill, cancel, speed-up, partial).

  • Response time: 24–48 working hours.

  • Abusive behavior towards support staff will result in account suspension.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Data We Collect

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Business name

  • Social media usernames/links

  • Device information (cookies)

  • IP address for security
